Alarm Ordinance Compliance
The Town of Brookfield Has a False Alarm Ordinance in place which requires:
- Alarm registration ($10.00 Fee is applicable)
- Yearly Renewal
- Fines applied to each false alarm beginning with the third false alarm in any
give year and includes all subsequent false alarms in that year. - Alarm Permit Suspension for violating provisions of the Ordinance
- An Alarm fine appeal procedure
