Town of Brookfield Parking Tickets May be issued by Brookfield Police Officers for the
following reasons:
Brookfield Police Department
  • Illegal Parking
  • Snow removal
  • Fire Zone
  • Handicapped Parking Without a Permit
  • A notice that Failure to pay the fine or send notice of intent to appeal within five (5)
    days of the violation or failure to appear for your Appeal Hearing may result in
    criminal prosecution.

  • A location to indicate Your payment or your wish to appeal.

  • A location for your name,Address and telephone number

  • the advisement that upon receipt of an appeal request, the information you have
    provided shall be submitted to the Board of Selectmen for scheduling of an appeal
    Hearing; you will be notified of the Hearing Date by this Board.

  • A location to sign the Ticket

  • directions for mailing your response
